Tocmai am citit o carte foarte sensibilă, mai ales prin abordarea vieții dacă nu chiar prin exprimarea gingașă și uneori diafană. Dintre subiectele atinse (din perspectiva biologului, filosofului și teologului) am rămas preocupată de tema morții și in extenso, a vieții văzute prin prisma morții. Am crescut sub educația creștină a celor zece porunci și a unui Dumnezeu despre originea și natura căruia nu știam prea multe, însă aveam certitudinea că devine crudisim în fața neobedienței și a moralei religioase pe care nu simțeam că o pune cineva sub semnul întrebării. De ce? Din frica de a nu fi pedepsiți. Tot din motivul acesta îi scriam (și încă îi scriu numele cu literă mare). Am fost expusă la ritualuri de înmormântări destul de devreme în viață și mă bucur de asta pentru că m-au forțat să îmi pun întrebări de foarte timpuriu. Chiar dacă multora dintre ele nu le-am aflat răspunsurile, faptul că m-am învârtit în jurul lor mi-au expandat universul dincolo de concret și pragmatic. M-au îm
